Your open ended question is impossible to answer. You don't say what you are qualified in, or what you can do.
What is your experience, do you have right to live and work in the Union as this may be a show stopper.
So give an idea of exactly you wont before you post.

actualy i m searching job for my husbnad.
we live n pakistan
i have done masters n english n have teaching experience also
nd my husband has experience about ten years of driving.bt he z interesting n labour work also
v r searching job n balgaria

Finding a job may not be your actual problem. Getting a visa to work in the EU may be the real hurdle.
So, I would first find out if your husband qualifies  for a work visa. This has become far harder to obtain in the last few years.

if my husband arrange a visa how can he get a work permit there?
he wana come with visit visa there bt can he get work permit there?
it will b easy for him?
he z capable he has an experience of 10 years in an auto work shop
he can do driving as well

Visa and work permit are 2 different things.
Generally, work permits must be issued before coming to the country.
In the EU as a whole work permissions are normally only extended to specialist jobs which are hard to fill and teaching or driving is not to my knowledge on these lists. But each country has their own priorities of course.
Your best bet would be to contact the relevant embassy and make your enquiries there.as they would also deal with your visa for entry.
But to be honest your chances are not great
