Importing Branded perfumes into Vietnam- formalities / taxes???

Well, importing is trading which is a special business. You need to register business, then apply for trading license. For cosmetics, you need to register cosmetics before importation...this is a lengthy process and should ask for help from lawyers in Vietnam. For taxes, check the import taxes book. I presume the Vietnam government does not encourage people to spend money on this luxury as such the tax should be high, ie. 30%....Cheers, Jenny
