After visa termination when i go back to home.

Hello every one,
      now my visa 25/1/15 cancelled,but my medical check up appointment in 24/1/15 that is holydays that was the reason why i am not attend my medical checkup.then they giving me appointment 1/2/15.now my employer says if i am not attend medical check up they cant send me back.Is it true or not please tell me.now my visa is not valid and i want to go back home quickly.please help me..

In my previous reply i told you to contact Indian embassy i hope you contacted them if you did not contact them please do it right away and explain them about your situation.

Write and email or Call (suggested) to the Indian embassy Labour section, explain them about the situation.

A kind request hence forth please do not contact an agent for visa's (most of them fool you) and PLEASE if you know anyone (friends or relatives) going through such a process please educate them and ask them not to do so.
