Regarding ECNR status

Hello Friends,

Need your valuable suggestions. I am taking up new job in OMAN. For that HR has asked me to " complete all ECNR formalities (Emigration clearance) to avoid problems at the airport" .
When i searched on internet i found that "passports issued from 2007 onwards do not have the ECNR stamp affixed; instead, a blank page 2 of the passport is deemed to have been ECNR endorsed. As a result, only ECR stamps are now affixed to Indian passports."

I checked my passport, i dont have any ECR stamp or ECNR stamp in my passport. So my question is does it mean my Passport is ENCR status and hence no action is required from my side.
