Hi Garima
There is a wide variety of different grades of flour ranging from coarse to very fine but none specifically branded or labelled for use in Indian cuisine.  The full range can be seen on any of the shopping websites, an example is Tesco's website, remove the spaces to make the link work:
http : // potravinydomov . itesco . sk/sk-SK/Product/BrowseProducts?taxonomyId=Cat00000316
You might need to consider translating the page with Google or Bing.
There are different types of flour available from the Chinese shop but I'm not aware of their website.  Spices and herbs typically used in Indian cuisine appear to be in short supply however there is the possibility to procure them in Vienna and that's about an hour away on the bus.
Good luck and I hope the information assist you.
Regards from Batteries.
