Does anyone have any information on paying bills and credit cards from a Kuwait account to a US one? Can EFT's be sent or do you need to transfer funds?

EFTs can be sent. not sure what you meant by (need to transfer funds).

Please provide some additional information. Can you pay a US credit card directly from a Kuwait bank? Or do all of your payments need to be in the form of an EFT to a US bank?
