Hi. My husband (dominican) and I (A U.S. Citizen working on my Dominican Naturalization) are considering adopting a Dominican child since we have been unable to conceive another child on our own. I was wondering if anyone has any advice, tips or wishes to share their experience with us. Anything would be appreciated and well received.
