Which area of Fujairah is nice to live + what is the pay of Nurses?

Hi! My husband currently had a job offer in Fujairah. We're considering living there instead of driving daily from Dubai to Fujairah. Our baby is in our home country, we are also planning to bring him here with his nanny. If we decide to live in Fujairah, I might as well quit my job and get one there as well. Now, my concern is, which area in Fujairah is nice, affordable and safe to live? Looking for a flat online in Fujairah is not so helpful. I'm also wondering how's the pay for nurses in Fujairah?

nurses for moh facilities salary (qt) is 7600 aed
al sharq hospital gives 5000 basic for fresh graduate
other places from 2500 to 3500
