I need some help please, I've been offered a job in Dubai, and I'm very very happy !!
my yearly salary will be: 217,438 AED
my yearly housing : 76,399 AED
is it enough for a good leaving there ? I have no idea
is it enough for a a nice ,modern 1 bedroom in a great area ?

as a start Your offer is very good for a single person, and should be more than enough.
But i doubt if you will have a family here too.

I need to use my rent allowances only
And as friends told me it's not enough if i want a 1 bedroom or big studio , centered in a great area ?

Rents are quite expensive here in Dubai, and again in depends on the location , do you Where is your work going to be?

I think, around 80 to 85 K /year can gets you a decent studio or 1 br in Dubai Marina, which is very close to JBR.
You can also maybe check in Discovery Gardens where i live, which is much cheaper and not very far from JBR
I'm sure you will easly find 1 br for 75k/year
