Is it true that single person living in Saudi (with family in homeland) cannot get a family accommodation in Saudi?
Incase family will join him later in few months?
please give me this information.
Will be thankful.

It depends upon the landlord or the property adviser you are in contact with.
My friend, works at Damam University has a family apartment in Al-Rakah area.
His family is not living with him currently, they come and go.

u can get accommodation and provide the agent by ur marriage certificate
