it depends how many "copy and paste" messages you've already sent (we've got three security levels, the third one leads to an automatic ban).
I guess you should try to use the PM system and let us know if it works or not...

Thanks. Yes, I did copy and paste the same message to many people but I was trying to reach only the indian people in China.

I did register with the Indian Embassy in guanzhou,through the net(on-line).Do they send a confirmation via e-mail to confirm or how do we get to know that we are registered??
