What duties must be paid entering Ghana,accra by the receiver to pick up the package .What is the process?

My only experience has been with the postal service. When you receive the parcel you have to pick it up at the main PO and pay a dutiable amount determined by the customs officer there. With UPS they may have factored the duty in with the price but I am not sure about that
