how to get exit visa with expired iqama

Hi all,
I hope I can get some more information. Actually, I have already posted this topic previously and get some valuable advice.
Just to recall my problem, I have my iqama expired since July 2014 and until now, its not yet renewed. Now another problem is that my company is now in RED category. Now I need to exit from KSA and have a problem getting final exit visa since my iqama is already expored and my company cannot renew my iqama since it is blocked from the ministry of labor to transact since it is in RED category.
Please give advice what to do just to get a final exit visa.
