I moving from district 3 to Phu my hung. Has anyone ever used a moving service in Saigon? I've heard of the guys on the street but not sure if they can be trusted. Also, what would I expect to spend on a service.

The three-wheelers are quite trustworthy.
Local VN movers rill up on motorcycles. They they stack your stuff in the street (which you should guard). When everything is on the street they call a three wheeler who then carts it to your new premises.
I moved a three room office (one three wheeler load) about the same distance as you propose and it cost me around VND630,000.
Or you could call CROWN. They use their own trucks.
