First thing to consider here is that for the purpose of Visit visa, your trade must not be of labour.
If this condition is ok then you have to register yourself on government website, you can search it with "how to get family visit visa in ksa" on google, and take the link appropriate.
it is not a difficult process, but keep in mind that the family you are trying to bring in KSA should never have entered Israel, or Israel stamp on passports.
