For group lessons (at reasonable cost) try the Volkshochschule.
There are also a number of private language scholls where a (one-on-one) lesson costs EUR40-60 for 45min.

40 euros and up?! Oh, dear. Yes, it is better for me to have group lessons and try "Volkshochschule". Thank you very much
