i have B-Tech Electronics(pass) two years certificate and also DAE Electronics three years certificate.
can i register in saudi council of engineering.
they will accept or not

SCE only accepts 4 Years Degree.

I need some clarification. Do i need to have my Iqama first before applying or registering in Saudi council of engineering?
My sponsor ask me to register first in SCE, as per him it is prerequisite for having Iqama for Engineers, but when I check on SCE website, Iqama is one of the requirement.
Anyone experienced the same?
