Hello,

You might want to check with the Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources. There only such paperworks are processed.

You need to get an import permit there, it is maybe 1 or 2 KWD.

Two departments involved in this paperwork, one in Omariyah and the other is in Al Rai Industrial Area. Fees only few KDs for stamps like ones often paid at hospitals.
