Hi, i would like to ask if it is allowed for a non couple filipina woman and a filipino guy to go jogging or walking together in Corniche Al khobar, or possible go eat together and dine out, go shopping together in malls or in grocery store

Possible and risky! I mean i have not seen anyone being checked their but you don't know when that happens. You should be safe mostly.
