Are there any places affordable and safe for people in their early 20's that anyone would recomend? I am moving to Madrid, alone, and need places populated with English-speaking people that I can meet and tour Europe with. I am in the process of learning Spanish and will become bilingual soon because I will be working with Spanish-speaking coworkers of mine. Anyone have any recomendations on apartments/ restaurants/bars .... or just plain apartments in close proximity to a metro station?
