Paraguay Immigration

Hello,

I am thinking to do Immigration to Paraguay , Me and my family and as I've heard it is much easier than any other option, What I have knew like a general overview I will do the 5,500$ Deposit and earn the residency after some paperwork and then get the ID , but my point is going further and having the passport , they told me I need to run Investment there for 50k-100k in those 3 years, or buy Real Estate like house or farm.

My Question simply does it work ? I don't want to make hopes then waste time and money and get nothing in return.

I need people to share their experiences about this, Because I really need a 2nd passport for many reasons.
