Is there anyone out there living with HIV in Cuenca, Ecuador that would be willing to "privately" communicate with me about the Health Care and COST (especially meds)? I'm having trouble finding out the availability of HIV meds and the cost? Insurance or not? I'm on SS Disability....Can I use my Medicare?

You can't use medicare here. That is only good in the US. HIV is not an unknown illness here. Don't know about personal attitudes about HIV, but it is a real medical concern. I would suspect that meds are available. I would suggest that you visit and see if the available medicines and level of clinical care is what you need.
