I have been trying to find a Vietnamese helper who can speak English, but I haven't had any luck.
All that I tried to contact or contacted me happen to live far from where I live (Ha Dong District) and all refused saying the same reason.
Do you know any headhunters who can find a helper for me or can you refer someone interested to work as helper in Ha Dong?

I found it when I was searching some information for my project. I never used the service from this company, so I dont know about the quality, but try.
