Most of the larger cities have English websites with job listings. Here in Shenzhen, you can use www.shenzhenparty.com
Not sure how good this one is, but it's worth a try... www.cabi.net.cn/cabi_forum/index.php

What sort of job are you looking for? Professional or teaching English? That makes a big difference. Can you speak Mandarin (useful for professional jobs).
I have a website which lists some professional jobs in China and there are plenty of other sites out there, but if you're looking for teaching jobs, try some TEFL websites (maybe Dave's ESL Cafe), or just go to Beijing, meet other foreigners, look for work and you'll pick something up pretty quick.
