I found the recruitment agencies to be useless. The two jobs I had in camping sites I got by calling in to the site and talking to the bosses.
The other job I had was through my Spanish family - my wifes' brother in law gave me work but I hated it. Just wasn't my type of work.
I suppose you could be lucky where ever jobs are advertised, just have to keep your eyes open thats all
