i am looking or should i say im hunting for good dispensary, clinic, etc with good obgyne for my wife's delivery here in dammam.
info: my wife had tawuniya insurance but class C only.

hi can anyone explain this note to me, other's perspective (point of view).
i have asked an hospital and they will charge me SAR4,500 for the delivery (giving birth).
and my insurance states, " maximum sub-limit for normal delivery per wife per policy year = SAR 15,000.
does this means im not going to pay anything even an halala?
