I will be working and staying in Vietnam for up to 1 year and i am just curious to know if there is ( im sure there is), any recommended vaccinate to be vaccinate for my stay.

It depends on what kind of vaccinates you want.. Some vaccinates are available in big hospitals but some are just available in small health clinics of wards.
