I read some topics here with some interesting and profesionnal answers and replies that encouraged me to try to find an answer to my question here
I have a B2 visa and I'm willing to stay for like 2 or 3 months in L.A in this period of time and I'm aware that I'm not allowed to work and get paid.I want to try to find jobs or freelance contract and I'm wondering if that happens will I be able to apply for a working visa after getting the job offer while I'm still staying there on a B2 visa?

You may have to apply to change your status to a visa that allows you to work legally. You may want to check with immigration cause you might have to apply within 90 days for change of status. Again I am not sure so once you arrive visit an immigration office and ask them the process while you are still in good standing. You don't want to wait too long where you jeopardize your visa.
