Welcome to the forum!
It is not clear, from your post, whether you are looking for friends in general who are in Germany, or only Malaysians there.
For the former, this forum is an excellent start. For the latter, you may check the Belacan Club (google it!) and the various Malaysian, Singaporean and Indonesian groups on Facebook and elsewhere on the Web. (Due to the distance, low numbers and great similarity, Malaysians, Singaporeans and Indonesians here intermingle and join each other's circles.)
If you come to Stuttgart, I can introduce you to my (Singaporean) wife and we also know a number of other South-East Asians here.
