Been thinking about starting a business here. Something for my housekeeper/girlfriend to stay busy with and support her when I move on. Has anyone started a food cart business here or a trinket selling business, any licenses required or permits needed?

Not sure for area in Da nang, but heard it from this province where i am at, small food businesses does not require permit or registration with the authorities.
