Making a complaint against an employer

Hey guys.

I worked in Bahrain for nearly a year. Everything was great for the first few months then my employers started to make my life a living hell. No one really stayed there for more than a year. They encouraged us to gras each other up rather than work as a team. My question is who do I speak to to make a formal complaint against them?? They treat everyone so badly.

Call LMRA, details on their website. Also speak to your embassy too. If your employer is governed by a ministry they will also be a good place to go
