Hi anyone can help me , one of my friend looking for job herein singapore, the first time he apply the company hired him but the his S PASS was rejected, and the company havig some problem in reappealing his pass, so the company give up his appication then he apply for another job again the company hired him again but second time the pass was being rejected , is their any possibility that the company can re appeal for him or is their a chance that he can find another job? Now his holding a visit pass only. Can anyone help me

Your post gives too few details of your friend's situation to give a useful answer.
If the reason for rejection was the company (e.g. no foreigner quota), the result might be different at another employer.
But if the reason of rejection is him (e.g. he's not eligible), he will face the same problem in any other company.
