Hello; Came to NL to retire and be near my daughter who has been here 7 years (other daughter in Italy). Not please to find that NL only accepts French Canada drivers license on exchange, probably because they are the only province who is not allowed to turn right on a red light (probably because of their driving skills)). Who and how can I get around this issue?
