thanks for your reply.But I checked already.They don't have any probiotics.Furthermore,GNC vitmains and supplements are all synthetic (low qualit)and high priced.

There is something called DXN opp. Al amoudi exchange Khobar Shumalia. They sell something similar.

Thank you so much for your reply.But DXN has Spirulina supplement and I am only looking for a Probiotic supplement with multiple strains with or without digestive enzymes.
I am not sure if Spirulina will help much in balancing gut flora,help with inflammation and other issues.
Any idea about NAC(N-Acetylcysteine) supplement? 
Many body builders are taking these supplements.Some also buy from Bahrain.But I am a female and don't know where I can find these in Bahrain.I go with my family and mostly to restaurants or resorts.
I hope someone is selling these in dammam/khobar.

I doubt you can find probiotics in this country.  I have never seen them in Jeddah, and I have looked for many years.  I always stock up on them when I go visit a country in the real world every summer 

Probiotics were available before but not anymore.
GNC used to have Complete Body Cleansing Programe supplement.But it's not available anymore.
Protexin is available in the pharmacies.But has has only 1 billion CFU and I am looking around 50 Billion.

It exists in Kuwait

And proven by my girlfriend and have no damage

I found probiotic juice in Lulus in Riyadh, and also kombucha cordial in Danube which you can use to make your own kombucha.
