How can I start to learn Arabic?

Hello.

I am 31 yrs old korean guy.

Its been only 2 months that I have lived here.I probably will stay more than a year.

I handle a lot of documents as I am working in admin part.

but the thing is that I have to rely on a guy who can speak Arabic every single time when I face to some problems..

ok so.

1.  is there any institutes to be able to learn Arabic as I am super beginner?

2.  what if I get a private tutor to learn it. how much would it be per hour?

Thinking 2~3 times a week on weekends if it densest cost a lot.

3. is it possible if someone who teachs me arabic is woman?

please advice me if there's good way to learn it myself with using books or better way.
