New question, we are going to need health insurance in PR, since my employer's provider doesn't cover PR. But we will be reimbursed for the cost. Can anyone here suggest where to look, if you make too much for the reforma? (2 adults, 2 small kids)

Hi Jonhay and welcome to Expat-blog!
The Hima hospital is a little outside of town, at the other side of a rather busy road and as far as I remember there are no pedestrian crossing facilities. Next time I pass there I'd be happy to take a couple of pictures so you get a better impression.
If I were in your position I would rather look at a nicer area to live and be prepared to either take my wife to work and pick her up or buy her a car so she could drive to HIMA herself.
