Hello All,

My profession in Iqama is Computer Engineer and my qualification is Master of Computer Application (MCA), Last week I have given my Iqama for renewal and it returned back asking for letter from Saudi council of engineers and my Iqama expiring next week.

Please guide me,

• Can I get Saudi council of engineers since MCA is for 3 years and they asking continual 4 years degree
• I register and paid SR 500 yesterday how much time it will take to process

My dear dont be panic everything is possible. i know Iqama is very important but Its very simple to renew the Iqama.

I received following message. What should I do now.

Dear Applicant,

We regret to inform that your qualifications do not meet the criteria for registration at SCE for engineering profession; where the basic requirement is a FOUR YEAR DEGREE IN ENGINEERING from an accredited university.

You may please approach SCE to get an advice memo to Labor Office (Maktab Amal), if your Iqama carries an "Engineer" profession and should you need to process your residence permit/Iqama.
