I'm in need of some assistance!! I've been offered a job in Saudi, but know nothing about moving there or anything else!!

I'm an engineer with Networkrail in England and have been offered a post with SAR ( Saudi railways)
Place is unknown at present as I'm awaiting the package to be sent.
