Hello there.
I'm looking for an apartment to let for atleast 6 months, preferably more 
I have very few requirements:
1. In Sliema or atleast close by as i am currently employed here.
2. Max budget 500
3. Not on the ground floor.
4. Balchony

And now; for agents. I'm sorry that i have to do this; but i've had contact to a few so far and they were about as useful as a kick to the face.
For agents I have a few requirements as well:
1: You need to be able to comprehend that when i say my maximum budget is 500 - that means my max. budget is 500.
2: When i say in Sliema or near it. Do not suggest an apartment in San Gwann or Msida.

To begin, have you already browsed through the section housing in Malta?
You can also have a look at the section real estate agencies in Malta and then get in touch with them.
Please do not hesitate to specify all your requirements.

To answer your questions: I have looked at both the housing section and as i mentioned i have been in contact with quite a few agents aswell.
And as for further requirements? Well a bed and a shower would be nice
