Hi all,
One of my friend got flashed by signal camera in qurum city centre.BY mistake he tried to cross during amber to red but he didnt cross the road before tht he realized and stopped the vehicle.but the camera flashed,he is just worried tht he would be sent to jail for 48 hours and be penlaised.can any one say is this make him to jail or only penalty will be applicable.
I know its mistake but by mistake it happend.if any one can give correct informatin on this so that i can hel my firnd to come out of this worries atleast little bit.

Well the speed at which he jumped the signal also matters. As long as he is not caught by the cop at the time he jumped the signal, he might be lucky.
He can check out on the ROP website /application if there are any penalties imposed against his license.
