I am not the owner of the website, but The Jinan Fog has guides to bars, restaurants, points of interest, and updates on events.
There is a great crowd of expats in the city, you are very likely to meet some new friends if you go to the places recommended by their website. They have the bus information as well as the addresses in Chinese (for a taxi) on the site. If you are new to the city and want help being oriented, it is an invaluable resource and I highly suggest checking it out.
