What is the Indian population like in Sweden? Do they have a presence there or are there few and far from Gothenburg?
How about decent Indian cuisine??

The majority of immigrants to Sweden have come from Yugoslavia, Turkey, Arab countries and so on.

There are not many Indians in Sweden, I think once I read there are 12,000 - I believe most of them are newly arrivals, perhaps professionals and even more students , rather than having arrived back in the 1960s and 1970s, as was the case with the Pakistanis in Norway and Turks in Denmark.

I have been to Goteborg once, just for 2 days....and a day in Malmo but didnt see so many Indians there....I did come across 1 or 2 Indian restaurants in Goteborg and they have a small Hare Krishna "temple" adjacent to the Hare Krishna cafe.

They have many Iranians in Sweden.
