I am Malaysian, can I use my Malaysian car in Bangkok Thailand

Just wanted to know if it is possible to use my malaysian car (driving it from Kuala Lumpur) in Bangkok say for a period of 2 years legally or at least covered by all the neccessary insurance.

No. Tax and duties 300% ++

in fact , you can drive 6 months per year  (max 180 days)
I did it in reverse from Bangkok with my thai car , when I was staying in Penang
took just an insurance for the others, at the border as well as the translation of licence sticker for front and back of car !!!
(my best advice is to take the insurance in the country, much cheaper than from the border)
but as the thai driver drive much much worser than malay, this is absolutely to avoid !!!
