Can anybody in living in District 3 in HCMC please describe your experiences there? It seems to be centrally located, but may be a bit cheaper to live than District 1. Is that true?
I'm planning to relocate to HCMC, and looking for a place to live that has a lot to do, especially some nightlife. I will have a motorbike, but also want to be able to walk around and get some food, coffee, etc. Would D3 be a good choice?

Yeah, that's right. We lived there 1 year. It's near Q.1 and cheap.

It's ok if you have a motorbike. When will you relocate? I know some good place near Le Van Tam Park, Hai Ba Trung street, there's a good place to walk around.

Yes, d.3 is a central district and have everything you need like park, coffee shop, good food and it's not far from other dictricts. It's a little bit more expensive than other dictrists but cheaper than D.1

Yes, it's correct that dist 3 is the best place to move. I am living in Dist 3, very close from dist 1. My neighbor is a mini hotel that you can walk around from here to find a lot of coffee shop, restaurant...[moderated]
