Well, I donno much about Singaporean/Malaysian food in CPH, but I read some where that there are about 100 plus Indian Cuisine restaurants in CPH itself. May be its all coz of the tourists who flock in CPH on day to day bases.

on this links you can find info how visa requirements to come to Denmark, get social security etc.
Opening Singapore/ Malaysian restaurant in Denmark would not be a problem as long as you follow the rules and needless to say that the regulations here from their food ministry are very strictly especially regarding with the hygiene.
you need to follow some special course like Hygiene course to be able to open the restaurant..
