then they ask it 4 signing it ,and contact Bin Brook travel agency ,which will take care 4 ur visa and work in UAE,

This is a scam.  The applicant of your visa is not you and it's your employer. It's their responsibility to provide you the visa and charging the expenses from the candidate is illegal in this country. Besides, they are asking too much money. Since Al Salama is a private hospital, the actual cost of visa process will be as follows

Work Permit -AED 2000
Service Charge-AED : AED 6 per lot
Visa Submission : AED 207
Total : AED 2213

Considering your quote, the amount they asked is not matching and it has a huge difference. Which means there is no logic in their condition. Stay away from this crap.

they are trying to scam you, how can you an employee pay all that? then what is the use in you applying for a job if you already have all that money to waste.. these people are so stupid, they are not even professional scammers.. save your money dear.

I received an email from a company called Harmony Oilfield Services LLC with an impressive website . They are asking me to resend an updated resume & fill out a form with my date of birth, current home address, etc...  to a gmail.com address .

They have not asked me to pay for any fees, yet.
Is it real or is it a scam ?

ARTICLE 2: FEES FOR SERVICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENTS
2.1 RAKH shall pay Employees on satisfactory performance of the services the sum 7,320.00(Seven Thousand Three Hundred Twenty USD) per monthly or equivalent depending on employee's home country.
2.2 RAKH shall pay for services rendered by employee by Cheque presented on a monthly basis at the rate stated therein
2.3 Payments of undisputed invoices will be made by RAKH to the employee monthly.
2.4 RAKH shall pay all fees in USD or equivalent depending on employees' home country and shall be paid; 75% to an offshore account provided by Employee and 25% locally.

Employer for each intercontinental trip shall pay USD 2, 520.00 flat rate travel/entertainment allowances to employee. Travel shall be by business class/first class. However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel/entertainment allowance. Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the Period/time of purchase.

Employer shall also take care of employees' flight ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.

2.5 COMFIRMED EMPLOYEES
Confirmed employees are those employee's that have successfully acquired and forwarded his/her necessary permits clearance papers to the employers' management-duly certified by the ARABIAN HORSE TRAVEL & TOURISM LLC. Then they shall be entitled to above benefits.

2.6 OTHER BENEFITS . Quality single or family housing in company community. . Personal effects shipment and excess baggage allowances. . Employees' shall be authorized three (3) times paid vacation during the term of the contract, to be used at the employees ‘discretion after duly informing and receiving approval from employer's management. works fee for UAE visa, work/resident permit papers from their first month salary.

be issued to employee only when they must have procured the visa, work/resident
permit papers from the ARABIAN HORSE TRAVEL & TOURISM LLC. Here in UAE
where we have signed a contract agreement for easy acquisition of employee
traveling document as readiness by employee to join the team for the Company

The hospital has a very expensive domain name with all the trappings so why would they use a gmail?

Alarm bells aren't ringing but a guy is standing next to it with a hammer.
