jazan is in south Saudi it's the border line between Saudi and Yemen
the rent is not expensive but not cheap also and there is a lot of flat you can rent
just when you land ask taxi driver to take you to a good clean hotel and he will take you a place he deal with
you may don't find a lot of people can talk english over there but there is a lot of indian working there so you may find it easy to deal with them
