I work as IT tech support
but scoop of my work is IT system administrator ,
•    Terminal installation, Network configuration and troubleshooting, terminal maintenance and ‎monitoring;‎
•    Creating reports of IT equipment;‎
•    Implementing fault diagnostics and cable management;‎
•    Installation of Firewall to enable intrusion detection;‎
•    Terminal services and backups on windows 2000 server; and‎
•    Installing Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 Workstations and Proxy Servers.‎
•    ‎ Provided end user training for new users.‎
•    Contacting Vendors requesting quotations for comparison;‎
•    Create standard signatures for all employees emails ‎
•    Creating forms for IT requests;‎
•    Configuring laptops according to business environment best use scenarios;‎
•    Co-ordinated the installation of firm-wide Firewall to enable intrusion detection;‎

•    Helping the Coach during their skating program with students;‎
•    Helping the customers in skating and monitoring the ice rink;‎
•    Following the coaches through their session with students;‎
•    Assisting the customers how to use the skating shoes; and
•    Monitor the customers while using the rink. ‎

Technical Support Executive:‎

•    Adding the computers to network disable the USB boot to prevent from accessing the ‎Computer bios; and‎
