I am aware that a number of channels have started to move to a new satellite with a narrower reception range.
This morning I notice that BBC1,2 Cbeebies and Disney Junior channels have gone.
I have a sky decoder and a 1.5 m dish and have never had problems before receiving these channels.
Anyone been able to retune to receive these channels.

I lost all the channels as well and have no clue how to get them back anyone there that knows how to fix this? Thanks

I have looked into this in more detail. It is not a simple fix. Resolving will either involve a bigger dish or re-pointing an existing dish, (if you have a sky subscription, you will lose sky channels if you re-point it, in which case, you will need a motorised dish).
