Me and my wife were suppose to go to hajj last year, so we paid 4150 each to thia agency in exit 18 headed by this indonesian ustadz named toby, eventually they werent able to process my wifes paper coz her iqama showed shes not a muslim while they werent able to produce my paper on departure time wth the bus. B4 d bus left this ustadz toby told us not to go and the money wil be returned immediately, its been almost 4 months now and this ustadz stop answering our calls, can you guys advise me what to do next

Go and file a complain at ministry of Hajj. They might be able to help you, but only if you have evidence such as receipts, copies of application forms etc.
